Order Processing Times

A majority of our items are made-to-order. Manufacturing times are variable throughout the year due to seasonal fluctuations. An estimate for manufacturing time will be given when an order is placed. Common manufacturing times are:

• Platforms: 2-3 weeks
  
• Audio Racks: 3-5 weeks

Shipping Options

All products are shipped UPS ground or USPS.

US Domestic shipping is free (where designated) or a flat fee.

All other shipping is calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery Options

Customers in the greater Seattle area can opt for local delivery. Contact info@deeplakeaudio.com to arrange for local delivery

Shipping Notifications

Customer is notified when the product has shipped and will receive a tracking # and notifications from the shipping carrier on progress.
