How does custom ordering work?

• A majority of our orders have some element of customization. Shelf size, rack or speaker stand height, wood type are all configurable. If you don't see what you want in the store, please let us know. Reach out to us at info@deeplakeaudio.com or DM us on Instagram: @deep_lake_audio

How do I care for my furniture?

• We finish our products with a hard-wax oil. Do not use chemical cleaners on it. Natural cleaners like Murphy's Oil Soap work the best. After several years, depending on climate in your area, you may find a need to apply some maintenance oil. We recommend OSMO Maintenance Oil.

How fast will I get my order?

• Most product are built to order. We will let you know build-times when you place your order, but in general 3-6 weeks is a good estimate unless we get real busy. We will let you know and keep you updated on progress.

How do cancellations work?

• We accept cancellations within 3 days of purchase with a full refund

How do returns work?

• If a package is unopened we will accept fully refunded returns within 30 days. If you have opened the item, please contact us so we can work out a resolution.
