CUSTOM ORDERS

• We take custom orders. This includes changing size and spacing of shelves, size and height of speaker stands or full custom products. Reach us at info@deeplakeaudio.com for questions and customer orders

CARE

• We finish our products with a hard-wax oil. Do not use chemical cleaners on it. Natural cleaners like Murphy's Oil Soap work the best

LEAD TIME

• Most product are built to order. We will let you know build-times when you place your order, but in general 2-4 weeks is a good estimate unless we get real busy. We will let you know.

CANCELLATIONS

• We accept cancellations within 3 days of purchase with a full refund

RETURNS

• If a package is unopened we will accept fully refunded returns within 30 days.
